Bond Counsel Services

The Board is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide bond counsel and transactional representation services in the area of tax exempt financing. The University is authorized to issue tax exempt debt. Representative types of services requested as part of this RFP would include such functions as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, consultant for municipal tax areas such as arbitrage rebate and private activity use, and assistance in other types of municipal debt issuance.
