Bond Counsel Services
The State desires to obtain the services of Bond Counsel in connection with a variety of issues related to the issuance, sale, and delivery of Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes, including Commercial Paper Notes (“Notes”) as well as assistance in handling all disclosure issues relating to the Notes.
