Bond Counsel Services
The City is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from law firms with significant experience in public finance as bond counsel (listed in the Bond Buyer’s Directory of Municipal Bond Dealers in the United States) to serve as bond counsel on the City’s financing team for sales tax revenue bond issues. The selected offeror will also serve as bond counsel for the refunding of any bonds associated with this Agreement.
