Bond Counsel
The County is seeking qualified and experienced firm or individual to be retained as a bond counsel to perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, analyzing financial needs, constructing bond issues, assisting in selection of an underwriter or organizing a competitive sale, dealing with the rating agencies, and advising on other matters of importance.
