Bond Counsel
The City is requesting proposals for the purpose of obtaining qualifications and fee proposals from qualified law firms for the purpose of providing legal service as bond counsel in connection with the authorization and issuance of short-term and long-term debt. The firm will provide its legal opinions and for certifications thereon and on other financing issues.
