Bond & Disclosure Counsel
The State is seeking proposals from law firms interested in serving as bond and disclosure counsel. Selected counsel shall advise with respect to the preparation and/or review of documents for and proceedings related to the planning, authorization, structure, issuance, sale and delivery of bonds or other financing instruments.
