This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is 12619718Q0017. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98 are incorporated.
