County is hereby soliciting Statement of Qualifications(SOQ):
1. To design, construct, acceptance test, finance, operate, own, maintain (including all capital
maintenance), and manage a new Biogas Utilization Facility (the Project);
2. To assume responsibility to market and sell the commercial commodity; and
3. To assume responsibility for obtaining all Governmental Approvals required for designing,
constructing, acceptance testing, operating, owning, and maintaining the Project.
