Bathroom Renovations and Plumbing Pipe Replacement
The Contractor shall provide all of the materials, equipment, labor and coordination required to render a complete bathroom renovation and plumbing piping replacement for the areas and rooms specified in the bid documents. The scope includes, but is not limited to: The selective demolition and replacement of various sections of plumbing pipe (domestic water,sanitary, vent) throughout 4 stories (approximately 21,000 square feet total). In addition, all associated access holes, panels, etc shall be cut and patched to match existing walls, as specified in bid documents. Any ceilings that need to be removed shall be removed and re-installed without damages.
