Laboratory has a requirement for a licensed electrical contractor that is a SMALL BUSINESS1 to enter into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to perform on a time-and-materials or fixed-price basis small, normally under $100,000, electrical and data network wiring tasks.
1 To qualify as a SMALL BUSINESS the electrical contractor's annual average revenue for the past three complete years cannot exceed $14 million.
The performance period of the proposed BOA will be 1 October 2009 through 30 September 2012 with PPPL to unilaterally have the Option to extend the performance period by two additional consecutive twelve month periods.
