General Summary of Work: The Jacksonville Port Authority is requesting proposals from "Qualified Firms" to provide all barge transportation, other necessary transportation for loading and offloading, and spreading services to move approximately 600,000 cubic yards of dredging spoil material (sand and silt) from Cell "F" to Cell "G" as per Exhibit "A", located at Bartram Island, Jacksonville, Florida. Contractor shall provide necessary equipment with personnel for furnishing these services. Bartram Island is ONLY accessible by boat or barge.
