Canterbury City Council operates a payment collection service for collecting debtors accounts such as Council tax, Business rates, rents (including garage rents) and Housing benefit overpayments. The contract will start from 1.3.2011 until 31.3.2014 (with the possibility of a further 2 year extension dependant on satisfactory performance from the contractor).
