The intent of this solicitation process is to identify and contract with one or more qualified, licensed and bonded entities to provide banking and related services in support of the goals and objectives specified herein. All services will be provided at the request of the Chief Financial Officer or her/his authorized designee.
The selected institution or bank will provide banking and related services including, but not limited to relationship management, commercial and investment banking service, services to residents in the areas of financial and home-ownership counseling and home-ownership financing, participating with agency in newly planned development sites, and other partnering opportunities as may arise during the term of the agreement.
