Operator to lease and develop unimproved land at the Replacement Airport and to
operate an Automotive Fuel Service and Car Wash Facility. The fuel services and car
wash facility are intended to serve the needs of car rental agencies, their customers and
the general public. The location that is available for the automotive fuel services and car
wash concession includes approximately 1 acre, which is located on the Airports
inbound terminal access road. The proposers will be able to determine the final size of
the property required to meet the Proposers business plan.
