This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Office. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bid proposals for supplemental AV equipment to support School of Music program requirements. New equipment to include projector, projection screen, speakers, display monitors, AV production equipment, misc. cables, 4 mediated rooms, computer lab, OTT room, training, and software bundle.
The School of Music is renovating the performance space for added video recording and playback along with added capabilities for the existing audio system. A related Audio Technology room is being upgraded for recording, mixing, and mastering. Select classrooms are to receive simple audio system upgrades.
