Audio Visual Equipment & Services
A. SCOPE OF WORK
Purchase, configuration, installation and support of audio, video, projection equipment, and associated
accessories on an as-needed basis including but not limited to:
Category Description
Audio CD Systems, MP3 Players, PA Systems, Speakers, Tape
Players/Recorders, Assistive Listening Devices, and other associated
equipment & services.
Cameras Digital, Document, Camcorders, Security, SLR, Weatherized, and other
associated equipment & services.
Presentation Systems Projectors, Screens, Smart-Boards, Mounting Systems, and other
associated equipment & services.
Televisions Digital, LCD, Plasma, Mounting Systems, DVD Devices, and other
associated equipment & services.
As technology changes, the County expects to update the products within the categories periodically.
We estimate this may take place approximately every 6 to 12 months. The awarded respondent(s) will
be expected to support this effort and to maintain consistent price discounts on any new or replacement
equipment throughout the life of the contract.
