Attorney Trainer for Experiential Testimony Training and a Mock Trial

The Office of the Attorney General is seeking proposals for an attorney trainer to provide statewide training of Sexual Assault Forensic Examiners (“SAFE”), law enforcement officers, and sexual assault advocates. Two types of training are planned. One training event is a comprehensive, two-day mock trial. Each mock trial features testimony from one SAFE; a victim, defendant and other appropriate witnesses depending on the facts of the case. It includes a prosecutor, defense attorney, judge, investigating detective, crime lab forensic chemists, and a 12 person jury.
