Armory Plumbing Renovation
The Adjutant General's Department is planning a Plumbing Renovation at the National Guard Armory. The Plumbing improvements will allow for replacement of originally installed and aging equipment at the Armory and
bring the building up to code. The Armory has approximately 14,500 square feet of office space, conference rooms, storage rooms, mechanical rooms and circulation space. The Plumbing System in this facility is more than 40 years old, non energy efficient, exceeded life expectancy, is constantly under repair and does not meet current code. The Plumbing Upgrades will bring the facility up to code, provide significant energy savings for the agency and improve the overall training environment for our soldiers and our employees.
