The purpose of this request for proposal is to solicit bid proposals for Antifreeze for County and its Co-op members hereafter referred to as owners. Both current and future members shall be permitted participation in any resulting contracts. A primary and secondary vendor will be awarded


The intent of this request for proposal is to award a contract to the responsible bidder whose bid proposals, conforming to this specification is the most advantageous to Somerset County and its owners. However, Somerset County and its owners reserve the right to separately procure individual requirements that are the subject of the contract during the contract term, when deemed by the Purchasing Agent to be in their best interest.
