Annual Firm Fixed Bid Prices for Annual Transport and Disposal of Hazardous Waste for Alachua County for the benefit of the Environmental Protection Department on an as needed basis effective for the period beginning on the date of the fully executed contract, or October 1, 2011, through September 30, 2012, at the County's sole option to renew at the price(s) provided within this bid two (2) additional one (1) year-periods.
