The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract for the services of a Contractor to provide fire alarm inspection, maintenance, repairs and installation services for the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), Newark and Scotch Plains Campuses. All work shall be accomplished to satisfy New Jersey Uniform Fire Code and/or NFPA; whichever standard is more stringent.
