Annual Engineering Services Agreement Water and Sewer Projects
The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP), is to solicit proposals from qualified engineering firms for the design of improvements for various water and sewer facility improvements including water and sewer rehabilitation and water and sewer main extensions for the Department of Public Utilities in accordance with the Scope of Services section of the solicitation.
