The Work to be performed under this Contract consists of the construction and installation, complete and ready for operation, of treatment unit covers for three (3) reactor-clarifiers and six (6) groundwater filters at the City's WTP with aluminum tank covers. This Project is a "turnkey" project whereby the manufacturer of the covers shall field engineer, fabricate, deliver, install and adjust the covers, ventilators, vents, lights and all ancillary equipment and existing components to provide a complete, functional and operational cover system.
