Aircraft Platform Weighing/Overrun Sets
Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Intercomp Company of Medina, Minnesota for the procurement of seven (7) Aircraft Platform Weighing/Overrun Sets, Part Number 144007, in support of Triton (MQ-4C) air vehicle. This five (5) year Firm Fixed Price, Option type contract for the procurement of Aircraft Platform Weighing/Overrun Sets shall consist of a base year with a total quantity of seven (7) Aircraft Platform Weighing/Overrun Sets with twenty-four (24) more units that may be ordered in the four follow on years. A maximum contract quantity of thirty-one (31) units may be ordered over the life of the contract.

The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
