This contract is established to provide agricultural services on approximately 110.39 acres of lands in three different tracts.

All tracts will be subject to a crop rotation of wheat row crop row crop. When tract 2 and 3 are in row crops, (milo or corn) at least 12 rows (30 rows) to be left around the perimeter (all four sides of the tract) and 12 rows (30 rows) down the center of the tract for wildlife use. When tract 1 is in row crop at least 12 rows (30 rows) to be left around the perimeter, and at least 12 rows left next to the middle grassed terraces. No more than one tract will be planted to wheat in any given crop year. All wheat and soybeans (100%) will be harvested and retained by the permittee.
