The City is soliciting proposals for a quality and cost effective Agenda Automation Software System for the benefit of all City customers which includes citizens, elected officials and City staff. The vendor's solution must provide a streamlined agenda building process, a dynamic meeting manager process, automated psot meeting tasks and an online version of all documents to be viewed by all customers via the City website.
