Agency wide printing contract for all large volume envelopes

Printing of #9, #10, 6" x 9", 9" x 12", 3 "" x 6 " and warrant window envelopes. The majority of the envelopes print on the face, some do print on the back. Film will be furnished on standing envelopes, all new or revised copy will be completed by the contractor.
