After Hours Call Center
The Multnomah County Department of County Human Services (DCHS), Aging and Disabilit Services Division (ADSD) is seeking Proposers from whom it may purchase ADSD Helpline After Hours Call Center services. The Helpline, which operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week (24/7), receives approximately 35,000 calls annually from consumers, family members and community partners (for example, emergency services, medical providers, businesses, etc.).
