Affordable Housing Projects
We are presently accepting proposals for Affordable Housing projects, which benefit low and moderate-income people. Applicants must be a non-profit 501(C) (3) charitable organization or a unit of government.
We will award approximately $345,000 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to selected, eligible projects. This is the fourteenth year that the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is expected to award CDBG funds to us. The primary purpose of the CDBG Program is to fund community development projects and programs, which benefit low and moderate-income people.
