Advanced Wastewater Treatment

At the treatment plant, the new treatment structures will be installed adjacent to the existing plant and a portion of the existing plant will be replaced with upgraded or expanded treatment units during later stages of construction under separate contracts. This project, Phase 1, will prepare the site for later construction and includes clearing, grubbing, rock and soil excavation and construction of a retaining wall.
