Administrative Services for the Disaster Recovery Financial Assistance Program - Affordable Rental Housing Assistance
The City of Cedar Rapids, Iowa seeks an experienced administrator to design and implement an intake system for use in determining eligibility for flood-affected owners of rental property and implement the program to disburse funds for rental housing rehabilitation assistance. The State of Iowa has committed nearly $8 million to facilitate the rehabilitation of rental housing that was impacted by the 2008 Flood. The selected administrator will work with the City and key stakeholders to create an intake and implementation process to maximize the States investment and efficiently utilize scarce resources to create high quality affordable rental housing.
