Administrative Hearing Officers
The City desires to obtain Administrative Hearing Officers to serve in the Hearing Center in response to the need for such services pertaining to the City parking and photo safety program. The City desires to engage experienced law firm(s) and/or attorneys qualified in administrative and regulatory law to hear testimony, accept admissions and render legal decisions regarding the above violations. The attorneys must be licensed to practice law in the State a minimum of four (4) years prior to applying to this solicitation.
