Administrative Fair Hearing Officer Services

The Department intends to contract with one or more qualified and experienced entities to conduct Administrative Fair Hearings, Provider Hearings or Mediation services. The purpose of this contract is to make available upon need, entities that can mediate and resolve administrative appeals in the best interests of the State and Client / third party vendors in accordance with State regulations, impartiality and the public.
