Additional Class VII (Non-Ammunition) Spider M7 Hardware
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Close Combat Center, ACC-NJ-CC intends to issue a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price modification to contract W15QKN-11-C-0126, for the production and delivery of additional Class VII (Non-Ammunition) Spider M7 Hardware to the Spider Joint Venture (JV) consisting of Alliant Techsystems Operations (ATK) located in Plymouth, MN and Textron Defense Systems (TDS) located in Wilmington, MA.
The required spare hardware, components and delivery dates are as follows:

Other than Full and Open Competition is appropriate for this action in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 as award to any other source would cause the Government to incur substantial duplication costs, resulting in an inability for the Soldier to execute the mission and meet the required fielding schedule to support Doctrine Tactics and Training (DTT) and New Equipment Training (NET) for the Spider program.
As this action will be issued as a modification to W15QKN-11-C-0126, no Request for Proposal (RFP) will be made available.
In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
