Sealed Bids Will be received by the Toms River Board of Education, 1144 Hooper Ave., Toms River, NJ - at a SPECIAL MEETING at 2:00pm on July 22, 2009 for the following:
AV-01:AV Equipment (TV and Associated Products)
Detailed Specifications and bid forms may be obtained from the Toms River Regional High Schools, Purchasing Department (at address indicated above) on any school day between the hrs of 9am - 3pm. In the event the district is closed due to weather conditions or any other unforeseen emergency, bids will be accepted up to 2pm on the first day the school district is open following the emergency closing.
BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT A COPY OF THEIR NJ BUSINESS REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE WITH THEIR PROPOSAL. THE BOARD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS.
