APPLICATION PROCESSING AND EXAMINATION RELATED GOODS AND SERVICES
Purpose of this Request. This is a request for offers to provide application processing, licensee-optional wall certificates, and examination administration-related goods and services to Massachusetts Board of Registration of Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors (Board).
This Board currently consists of two professions with separate, but similar, licensure and examination procedures. No professional examination construction is included in this Request for Proposals. In general both professions have a two-tiered licensing system. Following an application and examination, new graduates of training programs are licensed as professionals in training. After completing appropriate work experience, EITs and SITs take a second examination and are granted their independent-practice license.
