It is the intent and purpose of the City of Orlando that this Invitation to Bid promotes competitive bidding.
It shall be the bidder's responsibility to advise the Purchasing and Materials Management Division at the
address noted in the Special Conditions, if any language, requirements, etc. or any combination thereof,
inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this Invitation to Bid to a single source. Such
notification must be submitted in writing and must be received by the Purchasing and Materials
Management Division not later than ten (10) days prior to the bid closing date.
