AGREEMENT NO. CS-955 Specialized & Technical Watewater Services
The SFPUC Wastewater Enterprise has developed the enclosed general scope of services for this
RFP. The primary role of the selected Proposers will be to provide specialized and technical
services related to the operations and management of the SFPUC Wastewater Enterprise
including the general service categories summarized in Section III.3. below. The selected
Proposer will work under the direction of the Contract Manager in the SFPUCs Wastewater
Enterprise. Each task order will have an SFPUC Task Order Manager who will work with the
Consultant to negotiate the project cost, schedule and detailed tasks. Task orders will be
distributed among the winning teams as work is needed. Proposers should demonstrate their
capability and willingness to provide expertise in each of the general service categories for which
they may receive task order work requests. Proposers responding to this RFP do so with the
understanding that selected Proposers will be eligible for the award of Task Order work, but will
not be guaranteed either the award of work or the award of any minimum amount of work.
