The City of College Park is accepting Sealed Bids from qualified vendors for " City Stenography". The bid opening date has been extended. Sealed proposals will be received no later than _Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 4:00pm. at the City of College Park Purchasing Department, 3667 Main Street, College Park Georgia, 30337 at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. Bids received after the above date and time, or in any other location other than the Purchasing Department will not be considered.
A bid packet may be obtained from the City of College Park Purchasing Department, 3667 Main Street, College Park, Georgia 30337, or from www.collegeparkga.com. All questions concerning this RFP should be directed to Charles Hunter, Purchasing Manager by e-mail at [email protected].
The City of College Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities and re-advertise. All Minority, Woman and Small Businesses are strongly encouraged to apply. Only responsive proposals that are determined to meet the requirements and criteria set forth by the City of College Park will be considered.
