ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES FOR HUD AND OTHER GRANT PROGRAMS
PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: MAY 26, 2010. County Government (County) requests proposals from qualified professional consultants to administer Housing and Urban Development (HUD), State, and other grant programs for the County. It is the intent of the County to retain a Contractor who will provide professional advice and hands-on full administration of these grant programs. The Contractor must insure that grant operations are in full compliance with all legal and regularity provisions and meet the goals of the funding agency and Cobb County.
