The Civil Society and Local Government Support Program (CSLGSP) in Armenia implemented by Counterpart International funded by United States Agency for International Development (USAID) under Associate Cooperative Agreement is issuing the following Request for Proposals (RFP) with the purpose of identifying a prospective offeror that will design and implement a study tour for 12 local government representatives from Armenia. The study tour will provide the participants the opportunity to observe and discuss the know-how, experiences and successful practices of their local government colleagues in the study tour host country.
Interested companies or organizations should submit proposals along with a cover letter, which mentions their motivation for application, to Ms. Ani Dallakyan, Program Specialist, at [email protected] by close of business, Armenia time - GMT +004, on April 19, 2013. Bidders who have any questions on the attached RFP should direct those questions to Ms. Dallakyan at the above email address. Questions and answers will be published on a rolling basis.
