700 MW of wind and solar resources through an All-Source RFP
Xcel Energy is seeking up to 700 MW of wind and solar resources through an All-Source RFP. In addition, up to 600 MW of solar thermal resources with storage capability or natural gas backup will be considered. This solicitation seeks proposals for power purchase agreements for capacity and energy resources greater than 30 MW with in-service dates before May 31, 2015.
