Scope of Work: This project provides for the improvement of the culvert on 318th Avenue NE between Mountain View NE and NE 133rd St. in King County by clearing and grubbing, constructing temporary traffic diversion road, structure excavation, removal of the existing metal culvert, installing a precast cement concrete box culvert and streambed materials, removing and constructing water main, constructing geosynthetic wall, hot mix asphalt pavement, installing erosion control measures, cofferdams, stream diversion pipe and dewatering system, pavement markings, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Plans, these Special Provisions, the Standard Specifications, the KCRDCS, and the APWA/WSDOT Standard Plans for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction.
