A Mandatory pre-bid meeting July 7th at 2:00 p.m.
The City is inviting bidders to furnish the following: 2nd Avenue and 4th Avenue North Water Main Improvements, Jones Edmunds Project No. 09803-011-01. Bid packages can be obtained from the Engineer, Jones Edmunds & Associates, 1100 Cesery Boulevard, 2nd Floor, Jacksonville, Florida, 32211, upon receipt of $150.00 per set, non-refundable. All Contractors must attend the pre-bid meeting in order to submit a bid. Any bid submitted by a contractor who does not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be disallowed and returned to the Contractor.
