2010 Water System Improvements
The work will consist of providing and installing of approximately 17,000 LF of 12" water main, 50,000 LF of 8" water main, two master meter vaults and all related appurtenances.
Payment for the work will be made periodically on the basis of Contractor's Applications for Payment processed by the Engineer.

until 48 hours before the bid opening for $150 per set, which is nonrefundable.
Bids must include a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. All bonds must be countersigned by a Georgia Resident Agent. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the bid and a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the bid must be furnished by the successful bidder.
Bidders must comply with Executive Order No. 11246 as amended, entitled "Equal Employment Opportunity" and with the Copeland AntiKickback Act (18 U.S.C. 874) as supplemented in Department of Labor Regulations (29 CFR, Part 3).
Bidders must comply with all provisions of the "Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act" of 2007. Bids must include a completed Contractor Affidavit as shown in Section H2A.
The right is reserved by the Owner to delay the award of the Contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening of the bids, during which time bids shall remain open and not subject to withdrawal. The right is also reserved to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all technicalities or informalities.
