The Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (MEEA) seeks proposals from energy efficiency program implementation contractors to assist MEEA in designing and implementing the 2005 MEEA Change A Light, Change the World Regional
Campaign.
The geographic area of this program may include Northern Illinois (ComEd residential service territory), Indiana (at least the Indianapolis Metro Area), Minnesota (Twin Cities and Southern MN), Missouri (statewide), and Ohio (select
counties). MEEA may market the program to other potential sponsors across the region with hopes of expanding the program. In the event that MEEA secures additional sponsors the contract can be amended with approval to assign the
implementation work to the selected contractor.
