2 MW Solar PV Facility
The company seeks proposals, pursuant to M.G.L. c.30B, from qualified, interested parties with one or more Respondent ultimately
selected to serve as a contractor ("Contractor"), to design, permit, finance, procure, install, test, commission,
operate, maintain and decommission a solar PV power generating system ("PV System") with guaranteed
onsite energy generation at locations within the listed Hosts. Each respective Host will act as the Awarding
Authority for each listed location (individually a "Facility" and collectively the "Facilities"). Muni-Sun, LLC is proposing an aggressive procurement schedule in an attempt to allow both the Host(s) and the Respondent(s) to capture the financial benefits currently available in the Massachusetts PV marketplace.
Muni-Sun, LLC reserves the sole discretion unto itself to extend the Projected Selection Timeline should it determine that the schedule hinders Respondents' ability to submit qualified Proposals
