102nd CAV Yellow Ribbon Event
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes from third party vendors will be accepted. This solicitation, PANNGB-20-P-0000 002145, is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97, effective 24 Jan 2018.
The New Jersey Army National Guard is scheduling Yellow Ribbon Event's on January 25 and January 26, 2020. The location of the event must be within a 20-mile radius from Parsippany, New Jersey. Locations offered outside of this radius and outside the state of New Jersey will not be accepted.
Contractor shall furnish conference/ meeting space, and meals necessary to hold the event in accordance with Attachment 1- Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please provide your proposal with the following price breakdown structure:
