10023597 - RFP for Mentoring Program at LAX
The City of Los Angeles, Department of Airports (LAWA), is soliciting proposals from firms to provide a mentoring program for the Community Relations Division (CRD) at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). LAWAs Community Relations Division is in need of a firm to develop a worksite mentoring program that connects at-risk youth with positive adult role models who are employees at LAWA/LAX. This program will take place at the Department or another designated site. Employees (mentors) will meet with their mentees every other week for a period of between six to twelve months, alternating between one-on-one time and facilitated team building group sessions.
