Replace Built up Air Handling units' internal insulation with non-porous cleanable insulation and repair/improve condensate pans. Number of units to be determined.
Clean Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, and Fan Terminal Units. Number of units to be determined.
Replace main ductwork internal insulation with external insulation adjacent to Air Handling Units.
Enhance the Building Automation System (BAS) to provide improved operator control and system functionality.
